Uchik

Uchik is the assistant built into 4uchet. It works with what you may see in the workspace, and it never acts for you without your word.

Where to find it

• The box at the top of Home.
• Chat in the sidebar, for longer conversations you can come back to.
• Ask Uchik beside a page, so it can see what you are looking at and point to the right control.
• Your own chat with the bot in Telegram, if you connect it in Settings → Telegram agent.

What you can ask

• "What is overdue for my clients this week?"
• "Which clients have not sent their September bank statements?"
• "Draft a reminder to this client about the missing invoices."
• "Make a table of Anna's tasks for November."
• "Create a task to check the VAT return for each of these clients."

Answers say where they come from: the tasks, documents and messages they were drawn from.

It suggests, you confirm

Anything that changes your work comes as a card: a task to create, a message to send, a document to attach. Nothing happens until you press the card's button. Inside a form, Uchik fills in a draft and you press the form's own Save.

A few things it may do directly, because they are your own working files: it can write into a workbook or a paper you own, and every change it makes shows in that file's history, ready to undo.

Turning it on

AI features run only once they are turned on for the workspace. Owners and admins see the provider, the country where it runs and the terms in Settings → AI.
